 February 14, it is a special day for everyone because it is the day of love and we called it as VALENTINE'S DAY. 
 
It is an annual celebration  to celebrate romantic love, friendship and admiration. People celebrate this day by sending messages of love and affection to partners, family and friends. Couples send Valentine's Day cards and flowers and spend special time together to honour their love for each other. We, people, celebrate it in our own ways. But it is sad because we celebrate it amidst Covid-19 pandemic. Despite of the situation that we are facing, we should always express our love to others, because love is kind and it never fails. 

This year's Valentine's Day, although we are experiencing pandemic, I still felt loved , blessed and special because of the people who loves me and of course because of God. 

We should always remember that " We love, because GOD loved us first" (1 John 4:19) Let us always express love not hate.

It is now the final Quarter. Overall, this school year has been a fantastic learning experience. In our ICT class, I learned a lot throughout the school year. This quarter, we familiarized ourselves with the fundamental ideas of Microsoft FrontPage, such as the many parts of it and the significance of MS FrontPage. We do, however, continue to write and publish  blogs and make comments on them. Challenges and setbacks are a vital part of learning, therefore I had some difficulties in ICT this quarter, but I remained calm and determined to conquer them. As we approach the end of the school year in our ICT class, I am grateful and thankful to our Almighty God for allowing me to complete the last quarter of this school year despite the Covid-19 pandemic. All I have to do now is put those lessons into practice in my daily life since I know that  they are important and will always be relevant in my life as a student-person. Viva Vigan Binatbatan Festival of the Arts celebrated from the last week of April to the first week of May was originally the Feast of the Natives that began on May 3, 1883, according to the writings of Damaso King, a well-known Vigan historian.  Binatbatan Festival celebrations, which includes a street dancing competition. Binatbatan dancing is connected to Vigan’s abel Iloco craft. The dance depicts how cotton pods are beaten with bamboo sticks to release the cotton fluff called batbat from its seed. This festival was started in 2002 to showcase this traditional weaving craft that is said to predate the arrival of the Spaniards.
