Women Empowerment; She will triumph in the midst of adversity.

In a world where women are often misjudged for the most trivial of choices, can we really say that women are empowered at all? Probably not.

We must first understand that we need to empower women before we can discuss how to do so. The explanation for this is straightforward and universal. Women deserve to be empowered and treated equally because they are not the weaker gender. It is their right to have access to all of the resources and advantages that have previously only been available to men.

A woman has the right to live in dignity, free from hunger and terror. Women's empowerment is a critical component of growth and poverty reduction. Women who are empowered boost the health and productivity of their families and communities, as well as the opportunities for future generations.

Women empowerment does not imply granting her wealth. Empowerment starts with small but significant steps that lead to positive change.

All has changed as a result of the recent coronavirus pandemic. With over a billion people under lockdown, life as we knew it has been turned upside down. We have no idea what a better future would look like or when it will arrive. During a pandemic, life is difficult for everyone. In a global crisis, however, it is women who bear the brunt of the extra burdens. They are the ones taking care of the kids, the home, the food, and the survival of families because of their reproductive position in society.

We look to women leaders from around the world for guidance during these uncertain and challenging times. They have forged peace in the midst of war; they have fueled creativity in the face of adversity; and they have persevered in the face of adversity in order to create a better future.

Never underestimate a woman of substance's strength and power; her enormous impact on humanity leaves a trail for all to follow. Our planet requires strong women in the same way that it requires air, water, and sunlight. Queens who aren't afraid to create and raise others are in high demand around the world. A world full of fierce and gentle women of indomitable will produces a balanced and harmonious atmosphere. 

Women with the courage to stomp on eggshells that others tiptoe on are needed in our world to encourage others to do the same. Always keep in mind that we, as women, not only have the necessities of life, but we also have the special ability to build life. The circle of life will be far from complete without women. I'm not only referring to biological children; I'm referring to concepts, books, films, songs, arts, charitable projects, business activities, political professions, advocacies, and the list goes on.

Women's empowerment is described as promoting women's self-esteem, ability to make their own decisions, and right to affect social change for themselves and others. It is closely aligned to female empowerment, a basic human right that is also essential for a more stable and prosperous world.

Women's empowerment begins in our homes, offices, and communities. Appreciate the superheroes who leave their day earlier and finish later than you. Thank your mother and that teacher who believed in you years ago. Thank your sister for being an inspiration to you at all times. Say thank you to your daughter, whose smile is enough to brighten your day.
