It is now the final Quarter. Overall, this school year has been a fantastic learning experience. In our ICT class, I learned a lot throughout the school year. This quarter, we familiarized ourselves with the fundamental ideas of Microsoft FrontPage, such as the many parts of it and the significance of MS FrontPage. We do, however, continue to write and publish  blogs and make comments on them. Challenges and setbacks are a vital part of learning, therefore I had some difficulties in ICT this quarter, but I remained calm and determined to conquer them. As we approach the end of the school year in our ICT class, I am grateful and thankful to our Almighty God for allowing me to complete the last quarter of this school year despite the Covid-19 pandemic. All I have to do now is put those lessons into practice in my daily life since I know that  they are important and will always be relevant in my life as a student-person. Viva Vigan Binatbatan Festival of the Arts celebrated from the last week of April to the first week of May was originally the Feast of the Natives that began on May 3, 1883, according to the writings of Damaso King, a well-known Vigan historian.  Binatbatan Festival celebrations, which includes a street dancing competition. Binatbatan dancing is connected to Vigan’s abel Iloco craft. The dance depicts how cotton pods are beaten with bamboo sticks to release the cotton fluff called batbat from its seed. This festival was started in 2002 to showcase this traditional weaving craft that is said to predate the arrival of the Spaniards. We must first understand that we need to empower women before we can discuss how to do so. The explanation for this is straightforward and universal. Another chapter begins as one concludes. I gain a lot of lessons as I progress down the path and begin my journey in 3rd Quarter in ICT Subject. It was a great deal of enjoyment for me to do so. However, there were a few challenges this 3rd Quarter. We concentrated on community-based research in the third quarter. However, we continue to publish blogs and leave comments on blogs. I learned a lot about our own community by focusing on community-based research. And I was given the opportunity to learn more about our community. I also discovered that community-based research can contribute significantly to our understanding of how local environments affect a population's health. Despite of our current situation, learning must go on. Days passed so fast, first, we had finished our first Quarter. And now, we are already closing the chapter of our 2nd Quarter. In my 2nd Quarter in ICT subject, there are so many learnings/discoveries that I have gained. I learned a lot of things about HTML. First, the HTML tags like title tag, head tag, and body tag. Also, I learned every aspect of HTML such as different attributes. The activities we made about html files  is one of the interesting activity that we did on this quarter. All the lessons that I have learned on this quarter helped me to made HTML files easier. Lessons can't be gained without challenges or failures. As we welcomed the Year 2021, we all know that the month of January is the month that we celebrate the Fiesta of Vigan City Ilocos Sur. As we entered last year 2020 with all the hope a new year brings, no one could have predicted the reality that was to come. Through the year 2020, there are a lot of failures and challenges that we experienced. Covid-19 Pandemic came unexpectedly. Despite the failures and challenges that we faced , we are still here, standing firm as we entered into a new year—Year 2021. So, as we bid 2020 farewell—perhaps with a sigh  of relief—we reflect on the year’s joys and accomplishments despite the challenges.​ If 2020 has taught us anything, it's that we  can't know what next year will bring.
